For every kind act shared through the #DoGoodFromHome Challenge, Hasbro will donate up to 25,000 toys and games to organizations providing care to the children of COVID-19 essential workers. Participate in the #DoGoodFromHome Challenge Stories of Service Take a look at all of the different ways youth are finding their voice, taking action, and making an impact in their communities. Everyday Young Hero- Rebecca Stern Rebecca Stern (17 | Malvern, Pennsylvania) is a passionate gender equality activist, who uses her voice to create social change. After learning about issues facing girls around the world, Rebecca realized how fortunate she was and that she had a duty to use her privilege to help those who were not afforded the same opportunities. Everyday Young Hero- Michael Mora Growing up, Michael Mora (17 | Budd Lake, New Jersey) was very active in sports, playing in almost every sport available to him. Through these experiences, he learned about the importance of athletics to individual development. Everyday Young Hero- Tomisin Adefare Tomisin Adefare (25 | Ife-Ife, Nigeria) is determined to end childhood hunger in Nigeria. The African continent has abundant natural resources, but many who live their suffer from hunger and malnutrition. Everyday Young Hero- Dhruv Pai Since he was 10 years old, Dhruv Pai (16 | Potomac, Maryland) has had a passion for serving his community. Two years ago, Dhruv started volunteering at local military hospitals working with people suffering from dementia. Since then, helping the elderly population has been his purpose in life. Everyday Young Hero- Anita Feng and Lillian Fu Anita Feng and Lillian Fu (16 | Shanghai, China) are both passionate changemakers. Inspired by their AP Psychology course and having witnessed and experienced the effects of a high pressure learning environment, Anita and Lillian founded Sustainable Success in 2019. Everyday Young Hero- Zaid Fattah As an Iraqi-American living in a small, suburban town, Zaid Fattah (15 | Danville, California) struggled seeing many of his peers rely on inaccurate media stereotypes to develop an understanding of the current migration and refugee crises. Everyday Young Hero- Elijah Alford Elijah Alford (18 | Ashburn, Georgia) is a student musician who began his music education in 6th grade when he learned how to play the saxophone. Everyday Young Hero- Jordan Grabelle Jordan Grabelle (15 | Voorhees, New Jersey) has been dedicated to promoting childhood literacy since she was 7 years old. Everyday Young Hero- Jax Richards Jax Richards (19 | Beaverton, Oregon) was born to a 20-year-old mother and a father who was an abusive criminal and drug addict, in a home where they had to choose between electricity and running water because they couldn’t afford both.
